Dec 2025 | Central M88

Across two weekends in December, we transformed M88 in Central into a vibrant charity sanctuary dedicated to emotional wellness! ✨
Our mission was to curate a healing space through diverse experiences, spreading positive messages about mental well-being to the heart of the city. 🌈
The 1/F of WOW featured a soul-soothing marketplace, while the 2/F played host to a series of therapeutic activities organized in collaboration with esteemed NGOs. 🌟
We were deeply honored to welcome Dr. May Lam, Founder and Chairperson of the Hong Kong Society of Emotional Health, as our keynote speaker. Through the lens of two moving films, Men in Pain and Sum Sum’s Dream, she guided us toward a deeper understanding of emotional resilience.

We believe that emotional wellness education begins on campus. During the fair, St. Paul's Co-educational College hosted a lively "Mental Wellness Mini-Game Booth," promoting mental health awareness through play. Furthermore, the School of Chinese Medicine at CUHK conducted workshops that seamlessly blended traditional wisdom with modern mindfulness, showcasing the academic community's profound support for public mental health.
The heartbeat of this event was the selfless participation of our NGO partners. Baptist Oi Kwan Social Service inspired us with creative handicraft workshops, using art as a medium for stress relief. From Suicide Prevention Services "Way of Giving" (禮道) workshop to the interactive workshop by The Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups, organizations from various sectors joined forces at M88 to weave a comprehensive support network for both body and mind.
