Michael Kong (head chef), became a vegetarian almost 20 years. Mr. Kong is passionate about vegetarian cuisine, having studied and exchanged in Shanghai, Taiwan, etc, about plant-based ideas. He had worked at several vegetarian restaurants for over 30 years and started his first vegetarian restaurant in 2020.
